Condensation product of melamine
【Properties】
Shenesin JLF is very effective to fill up the loose parts of leathers. It has high light fastness and heat resistance, which makes it very suitable for use on wet white. Shenesin JLF has a minimal lightening effect on the intrinsic colour of the leather, allows all types of leather to be dyed to clean, level shades.
Shenesin JLF has a low formaldehyde content and releases much less formaldehyde than conventional resin tanning agents. It conforms to the latest technical and ecological standards in the production of leather.
Shenesin JLF has a pronounced dispersing action on vegetable and synthetic tanning agents, responds very well to buffing. Buffed leathers such as suede and nubuck can be dyed to brilliant shades.

【Application】
Shenesin JLF can be added directly into the drum without dilution.
It is usually applied in combination with synthetic and vegetable tanning agents if it is used to enhance the fullness of the leather. It also has the effect of making the leather softer.
The dosage is between 2% to 5% based on shaved weight.
【Transportation and Storage】
Shenesin JLF is categorized as non-DG cargo, can be transported and stored normally. It has a shelf life of at least one year if they are stored in their tightly sealed original packaging at temperatures between 0℃ and 40℃. Bags should be tightly resealed each time material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they are opened.
